We do run a very basic credit check on perspective renters. We understand that most people will have a few credit flaws, so don't worry if your credit isn't perfect. It costs us $20 to run each credit check, so we ask that you pay that up front. If you end up signing a lease, you can deduct that $20 off your first month's rent and have lost nothing!
